Brief description :
1. To provide a high level of telephone based and electronic email support to customers and associated services
2. Report and log all customers’ issues into the customer relation management database.
3. To provide remote maintenance and reactive support
1. Fresher (Preferably male candidates)
2. B-Tech/BE, Bsc CS/Electronics, BCA, MCA, MSc CS/Electronics
3. Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal and written
4. Good Communication and interpersonal skills
5. Attention to detail
6. Team oriented/player, self motivated, have good email and telephone etiquettes
7. Should be open to work in early morning shifts (24*7 environment)
8. Basic networking (Fresher), computer troubleshooting
