1. Monitor and evaluate metrics, identifying required actions necessary to achieve service level and quality targets.
2. Technical awareness about browsers, operating systems.
3. Basic awareness about software testing.
4. Mentoring the team.
5. Identifying new strategies for the smooth operation of the business and implementation.
6. Error control and quality management.
7. Documentation and reporting.
8. Knowledge sharing (Training & Development of Team members).
9. Analyze client feedback and quality reports periodically with to identify the training needs.
10.Interest in sports and global sporting events is value add.
Customer service experience.
Good written and verbal communication skill.
