Brief description :
Partner with management to get a clear view on their strategic hiring needs
Research about competitors and market place
Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels, including social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook Page, Twitter etc
Develop recruiting pipeline
Assess candidates to ensure JD match, cultural fit and compatibility
Conduct first round of HR/Technical interviews and follow-up references
Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to hiring managers
Good job market experience and ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Maturity, integrity and confidentiality.
A degree/diploma in Engineering or related technical field
Experience- 3 or more years of experience working as Technical Recruiter in a product or service oriented IT organisation
Notice period – 1 to 2 months
Smart in sourcing methodology like headhunting, networking and other creative methods for technical positions.
Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases, conducting researches on social media.
Recruiter’s who has the ability to understand technology and keep updated of technology trends in industry.
Preferably someone who started their career in IT as Developer/Tester and later moved to Technical Recruitment
