Full-Time Front Office Executive

To answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant department/division.
Ability to provide information verbally, clearly and effectively, to answer queries of the visitors and supply required information to them.
To assist other administrative staff with overflow of work, including travel arrangements, purchase etc.
Experience in front office administration, travel desk and admin activities.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Good at numerical analysis.
Exposure in working with IT industry.
Should be a graduate in any discipline with 1 to 3 years of experience in Office Administration.
Other competencies desired are excellent oral and written communication skills,Should be customer focused, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, open to flexible work hours.
