Brief description :
Extensive experience in interacting with overseas clients or customers from one or more of the following regions- USA, UK, Australia, Canada.
Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the reporting authroity.
Maintaining and updating follow up tracks for the client assigned tasks.
Co-ordinate with clients for the preparation of various documents.
Compile and maintain client specific reports.
Liaison contact between Customer and companys technical delivery support department.
Should have excellent business communication skills both written and oral.
Candidate must have a good knowledge in Ms-Office.
Female candidates with minimum 2 years of experince may apply.
Should have good understanding of software development best practices.
Ability to work independently.
