Minimum Qualification: Any Degree
• Front Office & Facility Management
• Handling day to day office administrative tasks.
• Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Management of employee performance appraisal.
• Planning events or activities regularly/occasionally.
• Assists with the administration of various HR activities and processes
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
• Payroll Management.
• Biometric attendance management, Leave & absence management.
• Managing petty cash transactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Excellent communication skills – MANDATORY
• Proficient in MS OFFICE
• Self-driven with strong problem solving skills
• Pleasant disposition, able to work independently
Female candidate below 28 Years preferred
Qualification : B.Com Preferred
