Minimum Qualification: Any Degree
Front Office & Facility Management
Handling day to day office administrative tasks.
Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Management of employee performance appraisal.
Planning events or activities regularly/occasionally.
Assists with the administration of various HR activities and processes
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Biometric attendance management, Leave & absence management.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Excellent communication skills – MANDATORY
Proficient in MS OFFICE
Self-driven with strong problem solving skills
Pleasant disposition, able to work independently
Female candidate below 28 Years preferred
Qualification : B.Com Preferred
